Work Plan 2023-2025
The 2022-2024 Board of Directors was elected with a Work Plan for the period 2023-2025. The contents of this plan can be reviewed in the attached document.
As a brief presentation, we have two graphics that allow us to share the organizational SWOT analysis and the organization of the work plan.
This plan was prepared by the members of the current Board of Directors, but it proposes to carry out a participatory process with all members to redefine its objectives and goals.

WORKPLAN
Our work plan proposes 4 sequential steps, in a continuous feedback process.
The first has as its goal internal strengthening, through which we seek to promote the reunion of associates and attract new members. For this we plan to restructure membership, economic management and communication alternatives.
The second includes establishing the positioning of our organization at the local, national and international levels. To this end, we have considered carrying out a series of activities to present and propose strategic alliances with relevant institutions and organizations.
Our third step seeks to project our organization to the community, through the organization service of internal, national and international events.
Finally, we propose to carry out a process of re-identification of the role and objectives of our organization, in the interest of obtaining its future sustainability. To do this, we propose all of these and the previous activities, with follow-up and monitoring actions.
