Asociación Herpetológica de Perú is an association made up of Peruvian students, professionals and amateurs, dedicated to the study and management of amphibians and reptiles in Peru. Our mission is to promote the conservation of these species and their habitats through scientific research and education. We believe that by sharing our knowledge and passion for these amazing creatures, we can inspire others to join us in protecting them.

At Asociación Herpetológica de Perú, our goal is to be the leading organization promoting the study and management of amphibians and reptiles in Peru.
We were founded in 2018 by a group of passionate herpetologists who wanted to make a difference in the conservation of these amazing creatures. Since then, we have grown to include members from all over Peru, including students, professionals, and amateurs.
We are dedicated to promoting the study and management of amphibians and reptiles, as well as the conservation of their habitats, through scientific research, education, and outreach.
